Is your landscape a clunker?

Updated: Mar 15, 2019

Suppose you a had a car that got 5 miles to the gallon, needed weekly tune-ups, broke down a lot and was really hard to drive? What would you do with a car like that? Most of us would get rid of it! We certainly wouldn't buy the same car again!

Well, most landscapes are clunkers. Due to lack of planning, many landscapes require replacement as soon plants grow or thrive, if they grow and thrive. They look terrible without constant maintenance. They consume huge quantities of water, time, pesticides and labor. This is not creating a sustainable environment. No wonder people get discouraged gardening when these non-sustainable plantings are installed by 'professionals'.

Sustainable Landscapes create an attractive environment that accentuates our home and survives the test of time. Sustainable Landscapes are in balance with the local climate, require minimum inputs such as fertilizer, pesticides, water, time, and money. Sustainable Landscapes enrich the soil, enrich our property with birds, butterflies, hummingbirds, and
